Role Overview

This is a high-leverage, hands-on role. We're building out our creator marketing function across TikTok and Meta, with our TikTok Shop creator program as the primary focus. In this role, you'll own our creator strategy that drives TTS and Meta performance and personally manage our creator relationships. You'll partner closely with our Performance Creative team on cross-platform content reuse, our Growth team on TTS management and performance, our Brand team on positioning and messaging, and our Data team on creator program reporting.

What you'll own

Creator program strategy. Tier structure, commission and comp model, recruitment strategy by tier, content guidelines, brand-creator fit decisions. Selecting and briefing top creators for creator-led Lives.

Creator relationships. You'll personally manage creator relationships across TikTok and Meta. You’ll build trust with creators, share campaign briefs, review and provide feedback on content.

Creator program operations and systems. Building and maintaining the operational backbone of the program, payment workflows, creator database, deliverable tracking, usage rights and whitelisting documentation, and compliance. 

Creator-side promo coordination. Coordinating creator content windows with the Growth team's promo calendar, making sure your top creators are producing aligned content during promo periods. 

Creator content for Performance Creative. Ensuring that creator content sourced through the program is captured, organized, and handed off cleanly for repurposing in Meta and other paid channels. 

Agency management. Selecting and overseeing any agencies that handle creator partnerships, including defining briefs, reviewing creator selections, holding the agency accountable to performance and content quality standards. 

Team management. You'll hire and manage additional team members as the program grows and delivers.

What success looks like

  • A defensible roster of top-tier creators with strong relationship depth across TikTok and Meta
  • Increasing creator-driven GMV as a % of TTS total (channel P&L is owned by Growth, but your creator contribution is measurable)
  • Content from TTS being actively reused by the Performance Creative team for Meta and other paid channels, with smooth content handoff on a regular cadence
  • Operational systems (payments, tracking, compliance, database) running cleanly without becoming a drag on program scale

What we're looking for

4-7 years of relevant experience in:

  • Creator program operators at TTS-native brands with a track record of meaningful program growth
  • Creator agency veterans with 3+ years managing rosters at agencies like Whalar, Insense, or TTS-focused shops
  • Former TikTok partner managers who've worked with creators from the platform side
  • Brand-side creator program leads at TTS-native wellness, beauty, or food brands

Deep embeddedness in the creator world. You don't just understand the platforms you understand the people on them. You know how creators think about brands, what they want from partnerships, what makes them stay or churn, what's cool and uncool in creator culture across TikTok and Meta. You have taste-level judgment on what content will work and why.

Top-tier creator relationships you can bring with you. You have an existing network of TikTok and Meta creators you've worked with closely. You can credibly partner with top talent from day one.

TTS expertise. You understand TTS-specific dynamics (affiliate strategy, content mechanics, Lives, the creator-program-to-GMV connection). You don't need to have owned the channel P&L, but you understand what drives it.

Multi-platform creator fluency. You understand how creator partnerships differ across TikTok and Meta different deal economics, different content strategies, different audience dynamics. You can recruit and manage creators for either platform.

Operational discipline. You build and maintain systems, recruitment funnels, deliverable tracking, payment workflows, compliance documentation. Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch.

A high level of ownership. You build the function from where it is today rather than waiting for a playbook. You make decisions within your scope without needing constant direction including the hard ones, like deprioritizing underperforming creators, pushing back on stakeholders, or killing things that aren't working. You take accountability for outcomes, not just activity. 

A current point of view on the platforms. You can name and critique specific creators in the wellness/supplement category. You have opinions on what's overhyped and underhyped on TTS and Meta right now. You consume creator content as part of your everyday life, not just your job.

Comfort working cross-functionally. This role sits at the intersection of performance creative, growth (who owns the TTS channel), brand, acquisition, and data. You are collaborative and build strong working relationships across teams.

Preferred, but not required

  • Active or former personal creator experience on TikTok or Meta at meaningful scale
  • Commercial instincts or exposure to P&L work opens the path to growing into channel ownership over time
  • Experience in supplements, wellness, health, beauty, or food
  • Direct experience with TikTok Shop seller center and analytics tools (Kalodata, FastMoss)
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Strong interest in wellness and nutritional supplements

What We Offer

  • Salary: $130,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
